Alright ladies and gents..
I have seriously pulled out all the stops and im stumped.
2011 GSXR 600.

the speedometer works fine.
but my gear indicator, odometer, and temp do not display at all on my instrument cluster.
the "ADJ" and "SEL" buttons on the instrument cluster do nothing.. no cycling through miles or trip odometer..
I have literally checked every wiring harness from nose to tail and everything seems to be working properly.
I don't think its a wiring problem, due to me checking everything.

The previous owner did have a x-tre power box installed (it wasn't all the way hooked up, power was not connected to battery and the wires you splice under the tank have been connected back to stock), but I uninstalled it and connected the proper wires back to stock.
it also has a power commander V and all the wiring for that looks to be correct also.

im leaning towards maybe a faulty instrument cluster..? since the buttons do nothing on it to cycle through trip odometers and the total odometer.

ive cruised other posts on here to which nobody seems to be having the same issue I am.
please help!!

I'd say you're right and the instrument cluster is faulty. The odometer information is stored on the cluster itself, and given the fact that the speedo works that would mean it's getting power and input from the output shaft sensor, it doesnt sound like a faulty connection somewhere else. The red LED is not on and displaying "chec" where the ODO would be, right?

The red LED is on and it does display “Chec” until I start the bike, then the red LED turns off and The chec goes away. And the odo is blank where I’m supposed to have my miles and gear indicator.

It also leads me to believe that it’s a faulty intrument cluster because the 2 buttons on the left side (ADJ, SEL) they don’t do anything. Nothing happens when I press them. Doesn’t make a difference if the bike is running or not.

Have you already checked and verified the fuses? Not trying to insult you,. But my bike's owners manual clearly lists the "speedometer" in 2 different 10 Amp fuses. If the fuses are good, I'd ask a knowledgeable tech about putting a diagnostic scanner on the bike to see if there is some sort of error code that can be removed to restore the dash readouts. I'm just throwing out ideas that may not work at all. But that instrument cluster's not a cheap replacement,
