It's looking not to bad this sun, a high in the mid 50s and only a 10% chance
of rain. That's about 10 degrees warmer than last sun, I will take it! We should
be able to get in a pretty good run. Who knows how many runs we will have
left in this season. You know the drill ladies, 10am at the circle and the kickstands will be up at 1030am sharp!

Post up if you are rolling.......:punk

Good seeing you guys this morning , how was YOUR ride?

Joe showed up and we hit the road about a 1/2 hr after you guys left. 10 mins into the ride it statrted raining... wtf. Wasn't expecting that. Did a loop around in the wet , 301 / taconic / 202 and back to the cirlce. All the bikes were gone by then. B-lined it back home in the wet windy ass funky weather.

It looked and felt so good at the circle, the sun was out, it warmed up very
nicely...........then about 30 mins into the ride. It all changed. The wind
picked up and the clouds blew in quick. It started to drizzle then RAIN!
When we stopped for gas it the rain started to come down. We tried to
ride thru it but it was coming down and riding twisties in wet conditions is
no fun. We turned around and bailed on the ride. There hasn't been rain
DURING one of our runs in a long, long time. Oh well it was enjoyable while
it lasted. Let's see what next week brings........:dunno

Too bad Mother Nature had a change of heart - those roads would have been a blast in the dry! Seemed like everytime we hit a straight stretch of road it was dry - then as soon as some corners came into play the rain picked up again. Good times regardless!

It sure was. I had to run across the TZ at 10:30am to pick up a VBox from a friend in Westchester so I could get some 60-130mph&100-150mph numbers on both turbo bikes...its was sunny&65degrees.
Heading home up the Palisades at 11:15am it looked like a damn tornado was about to touch down over Bear Mountain. It dropped into the 40's going up Rte6 and rained until 3pm and stayed cold
