I HAVE A 2000 GSXR 600 THAT HAS NO SPARK.I HAVE TRIED REPLACING ALMOST EVERY EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL PART AND STILL NOTHING
(black box,plugs,fuses,plug coils,clutch switch,side stand switch,small relay next to solinoid)THE BIKE CRANKS OVER NO PROBLEM.THERE WAS SOME BARE WIRES EXPOSSED AND MY BUDDY CROOSED THEM AND THE BIKE SHUT OFF.NOW IT WONT SPARK,IS THERE ANY INTERNAL ELECTRICAL PART THAT COULD BE FRIED?PLEASE IF ANY ONE CAN HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT.THANKS [email protected]

the main fuse is probally blown follow the positive battery cable to it

Try a new ignition switch. Or put a 100 ohm resistor across the orange/red and black/white wires at the cdi. To bypass the anti-theft.

Also check the crank poss sensor... If it is bad the ECU will not send a spark to the plugs..
