I am working on a new shock sticky, I have a length chart showing maybe 40 bikes of all manufacturers through 2005. I need the additional info of shock lengths, spring rates, mount and stroke for the later years and any info you may have on shock spring rates for all years. I have a few but the comparison info will be useful.

Also I've seen several write ups on the 600rr and R1/R6 mods, if anyone who has done one of these could send me the photos and a concise write up I'll try and get these added to the thread.

PM me and I'll send my e-mail or just post here and I'll copy the photos and write ups.

Shock Length Chart

Thanks to Bezzer for providing this information. This chart is a useful starting point for anyone wanting to replace the standard shock in their bike. You will obviously need to match up length and stroke of your bikes shock as closely s possible - be careful though, this chart does not cover top and bottom shock mount types, reservoir type and position, spring rates or internal valving

I took the original chart and made some addtions, I do need some assistance in filling out the blanks plus we should add the mount point type and size from other charts.

Anyone able to include spindle length inthere?
sometimes you can get bearings to match the diameter, but the length of the head tube
will determine if you have to swap tripples or spindle tubes.

;)
