Need new Handlebars

Looking for new handlebars for my 01 gsx-r1000 as my are very scraped up from a previous owner and they never got replaced. Saw a post online about someone selling used parts for 01-03 600/750 and was wondering if any of those fit 1000. Also, as you can see from the pictures I don't really need the whole handlebar only the part with the switches on them, was also wondering if those come off the handlebars or if it is much simple to buy the whole thing with the throttle and all.
