Hey guys,

I need some immediate help, I've been working through som carb issues with factory pro and they had me set my float heights at 17mms to lean it out...bike ran great my last ride but it's been sitting for a week while I was away and today I tried to start the bike and it's blowing huge amounts of gas out the exhaust...the bike had a full tank when I parked it, now it's empty. There was a small puddle on the floor but where did all the gas go? It seems like the pipes are full so I assume the engine is too...could the new float heights be causing this problem???

It sounds to me like they are not sealing. Whether the flaots are too high, or gunk got in them and they arent seating correctly. I can guarantee your oil is full of gas at this point. You can confirm by checking the level and smelling it for fuel. Dont run it until you change the oil. You're gunna have to pull the carbs and tinker with them. It might not hurt to leave them out, and connected to a reserve tank to test that they dont leak any more once you isolate the problem. I would suggest putting them over a bucket, and suspending a reserve tank over them over night and see what happens.
