Methanol injection issues.

Hey guys and gals thanks for taking the time to read this.
I am having some trouble with my 2004-2005 gsxr600 that I run in a micro sprint. This is my first build and I am stuck trying to get it to run. I have big injectors and a high pressure fuel pump and regulator, power commander 5 with autotune wideband setup but I can't get the thing to start. On high octane pump gas with small injectors the engine runs alright, it keeps flooding itself but if I stay on the gas and keep my rpms up it'll run decently but when I switched over to methanol the damn thing won't stay running. It'll fire up and run for about 30 seconds then it dies. Idk why. Idk what the problem is. Anybody have any ideas what's going on?
