Ry,I would just slip them up in the trees,but there is way to do them internally,Iam not sure how,but they use a piece of Stronger than normal PVC pipe..Hope this helps..

you take the forks apart and change the spacers in them, i beleive longer spacers if i remeber right, it keps the fork leg from extending all the way. Shorten the springs when you do this or it will ride hard as hell, plus last set we did on a bandit took 2 people to put the sprongs caps back on!!!!!

PS on you arm question i e-mailed you, but heres how i plan on maybe doing this new arm, see pics.

These bolt into the existing rear arm, i hi-jacked them from a thread on www.sportbiked.wsI would make the part that goes into the old swing arm one piece though, part of the main body not 2 bolted in pieces. hope that helps you

Those swing arm exts look like the ones made by Nick Smith GIXXER1300R, My friend got a set from him for his 1K and no problems after many races hes 200lbs,those 2 pieces lock in when tight..
