Do you know what? Never mind. I don’t want to have this conversation with you.

Kevin is a youngish dude, very enthusiastic about these bikes, trying to make a living doing what he enjoys. We should all be so lucky. I know quite a few people that have bought and sold things with Kevin, he’s even helped out some of the projects that I am moving along for other people. Everybody’s happy.

@Capes86gsxr, I'm sure you've already seen it but there's a guy in Toronto who like @javadog, is clearing out a nice collection of oiler goodies. People like you are good candidates for potential homes for such treasures.

Par for the course for this clown.

The only times I've read comments by @Bunkman, they've been a combination of being inexplicably argumentative about being 100% wrong. Coincidentally, using words out of context also seems to be a consistent theme, as with his use of 'ironic' here. Last time, he was correcting me (incorrectly) about the word squid SMH.

Why do you think a small business / enthusiast is driving up the cost of Slabby's?
It's the market that drives the value of something...I remember when I could have bought an RZ500 for 4 grand cdn or an RG500 for 5 grand. It's my fault that I didn't grab one then...not the guys that can now ask 20 grand US plus.

The Oil Cooled section has always stood out for getting along, without lots of drama...we help each other out.
Let's keep this fun kids.

And people wonder why old slabbbys cost way too fn much. Its guys like this hoser.
dood, you could always buy a chunk of land, put up 3-4 large buildings, then buy and store all the oiler parts and runners you can get your hands on so when people need them you can wholesale them out or give them away, prolly only run you $10k a year, think about it tho, everyone would have very cheap or even free oiler parts, and whole bikes..

you looked at the cost of muscle cars lately? nothing's gonna change on vintage equipment, cept the cost and rarity, cost going up, selection going down..

people salvaging and saving these bikes is only good for the genre, the more on the road, fewer will be scrapped for metal as they rust out, so many of them have already been melted down for the aluminum and steel already plus they only made so many with so much OEM support..

nothing is going to change this, guys restoring these bikes and parts only saves the gen, keeping more of them from the scrap heap cuz parts are available to rebuild and restore, not vice versa, this doesn't affect the retail cost of these bikes, supply and demand does..

Bit off the topic, but what’s an early model, good clean low mileage survivor 1100 fetching in the states?
I’ve been trying to get one, some I looked at were b/w 18 to 22 grand, I have no problem paying that for a pristine one, but these we not it the conditions I’m after.

a good 1100 katana here is asking 30k AUD.

bunkman attacked. and yes, without knowing the details, we (members) are in our right to question. maybe before you add yourself to "the list", why don't you grace us with facts.

i have met kevin, but have not conducted business with him, but i do know two different people who have conducted business with kevin with good results.

grace us with your experience...and no, i don't "wonder" why cars, trucks, motorcycles, lumber, homes, gas, food prices have increased.

only time I find motorbike parts discerning is when a part doesn't add up to the whole.. as in someone wants $400 for a stock shock on a bike that when complete in good working order good shape the bike sells for maybe $1500 or even less..

that's where I have an issue but when the part justifies the cost as a whole as in bike sells for like $10,000 whatever then it's all good far as i'm concerned..

this happens a lot simply due to supply vs demand, take the SRAD, so many parts do not offset what you can get for a whole good clean SRAD, even tho value has increased in the last 2 years still not even close, $150 for ram air tubes and boots, then you look at a bike newer and you can get em for $24.. you can get a good clean mid pipe and can for like $99 that's not bad as its new, new is a LOT different than used, for a while people were asking the same price for used ram air boots as you could get them new? $100 a set for used? huh? made no sense at all, there is running a business and making money then there is price gouging, which I would never condone..

bla bla bla... I'm a whiny drama queen without a clue what I'm talking about but that doesn't stop me from making more of an ass out of myself.
What the hell is wrong with you? I have yet to see you say anything 'normal' or contributing to a conversation without being argumentative, while also being completely full of it.

Helpful tip: Don't be an asshole and no one will 'pile on'. Warning sent.

EDIT: oh, I see someone else already banned his ass. If there's a next time, it will be permanent.

People can say what they want
I’ve never ripped anyone off for the record! Have no clue who’s these people that claim I did and know other people that I ripped off. It’s laughable, and very disrespectful when I’m the one that is busting my ass out of pocket in whatever it is I get a hold of and or paint 🎨

What can I possibly rip someone off for…..? LOL Last guy I sold a bike to I made up for it cause when he cracked the engine is was pretty bad so I bought the barrles and pistons I found on eBay. I went the extra mile to make sure he was satisfied. If someone does feel “ripped off” I do my best to make up for it but as far as actually trying to get over on someone and wanting to take advantage of them is disinformation. And they can go F OFF!!!!! And if you read this you can contact me if you have an issue here/Fb/cell/at my shop/the next motorcycle show/wherever doesn’t matter I want to hear what you have to say……… I’m all ears

I’m not the one jacking gsxr prices up so to call me a loser is like saying fuck you! All talk with no collection probably! Enjoy the free porn “no charge”
