I know the K5 1000 are the in thing right now. Yet We still can't forget bout the K3's & K4's. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a very nice K3 1000 very clean and very strong. It came with 1430 miles on it Besides the Yoshi exhaust it came with, and the power commander I will soon be adding. What else can be added to this already monster for good power? I really don't want to mess with the sprockets due giving up power on either low end or top. I would like for it to remain the same, if possible. So from the guys who already added to their machines, would you so kindly share some notes. And before the slamming begings No im not a newbie to riding.................. Thank you to those that aid in the thread.

i got 160.7rwhp/81.8rwtq on my '03 with the following:

full hindle race system
pc3usb (custom mapped by frank @ powerhouse)
'04 750 velocity stacks (outer 2 only)
denso iridium plugs
520 chain conversion (afam sprockets, rk chain)

as for changing the sprockets, i would go +2 in the rear. you won't lose much up top, but the gains down low will be worth it. good luck!
