Update for anyone watching this thread and for future reference. I contacted multiple lightech retailers inquiring about any known fitment issues or problems. There was a number of back and forth emails exchanged with one retailer: I've included some of the email responses from one trusted retailer:

"Suzuki stopped making that bike in Europe in 2017, so the 18+'s can be finicky." He apparently spoke with the Lightech US rep who spoke with the European engineer and the part numbers were confirmed as the correct parts. Apparently there are some inconsistencies in relation to fitment of aftermarket chain adjusters. Also confirmed for fitment to BMW's and Daytona 675R's, hench why they've ceased production.

"Should be ok even with just a little contact of the end of the hooks on the swingarm". "This makes sense as once the adjusters are installed, with the screw in the forward end and the and the axle torqued, they can't move." "...even though there is a gap, as long as a few mm of tab contacting the inside of the swingarm, it should be fine"

At this point I've been running the adjusters. I had to tighten the shoulders and front bolts and keep the axle hole flush so the axle would fit through correctly and tighten down flush with the washer and nut. We are continuing email conversations with pictures of parts and part numbers being sent to Lightech to review. My concern was safety and this is still an ongoing issue. I have to continually check the bolts for tightness, which I really don't want to do in betweens rides and stops. I'll keep this updated.

One most important issue with chain adjusters is the marks on each side of the swing arm must be in the same place. The rear wheel must be in line with the front wheel. (center line).
It is very hard to measure this on the swingarm. Possibly measure from estimated center of swing arm pivot bolt. Checking factory marks first.
In the OP the left hand adjuster could be in the wrong place.
I line my rear wheel with the front wheel with a strait edge or string line. Measurements need to be +/- 1mm.

I use 8’ light bulb tubes to align the rear wheel. Then make sure the alignment marks are good. Once you do that, if they are good, you can just use the factory marks. So far, on every bike i have ever had, the marks were good. No need for the lightech adjusters. Seems to me that they are unnecessary.
