Can you ride the clutch lightly and get the noise to go away or lessen? When you pull the clutch in and the noise goes away are you still keeping the rpms up via the throttle?

I would pull the clutch cover and see what you can see. These bikes are getting really old now so fatigue will start to become more and more of an issue.

I'll do that sir,an now the know he's got a little worse and now it's even when you pull in the clutch is still trying to make the noise but not really
