I have an issue with my K6. The sparkplug constantly dies on the first cylinder. Sometimes it rectifies itself but only a couple of times the replacement is needed. Why only the first cylinder and it normally happens on low fuel like 25% capacity. The bike is performing well but after a day or two of standing it happens again with the first start.

Swap the injectors with another cylinder, say 1 and 3, and check if the problem moves. You might as well also swap the coil with a different cylinder. Seems awfully unlikely that the problem is related to tank fuel level. You ought to be measuring fuel pressure if it is.

If it's fouling then I'd say injector sticking open.
