Where is all the kansas riders at? I'm really looking to meet new people in central kansas area that want to go riding this spring/summer.

There are a few curvy roads but they're few and far between. The only track I know of is Heartland Park...AMA was there in 2009. I've been on it a few times.

South of Wichita here. Near the state line. Looks like the closest track to me is in OK. The Hallet

That is correct that is the closest track by a bit heartland park is next.

I actually prefer Hallett's layout to Heartland Park. Hallett also runs both directions but beware of CW...a couple bad runoff areas.
