Hi guys,

I am running out of ideas. I changed the valves seals, reammed the valves and did a leak test. Followed the service manual and used a Valve Spring Compressor to do the job. Next, check the Valve Clearance. The crankshaft got stucked at 10 O'clock when I rotate the engine clockwise. Despite applying slightly more hand pressure on the wrench, it won't rotate pass 10 O'clock. It would rotate easily without the Cams while holding up the cam chain. I am suspecting if any of the valves are not opening. Would anyone please help me out. What should I do next?

sounds like timing is off. why did you change the valve seals... i can count on one hand when they have failed on a suzuki. and they shouldnt have needed reemed....
