I think you have some internal issues with only 18mm of rider sag. (Stiction, oil level, shim stack....etc)

Re: Just had RaceTech .95\'s & stuff installed...And

25-30mm fornt and rear i was 190lbs then....

that was with a 425lbs spring on the rear...
That is what I thought...You have the rear jacked up about 6mm more than me but you have about 10mm less front sag. That is just two different way to get the same geometry.

GMD set mine up with about 334mm eye to eye, 4-5mm of forks above the triples (sorry don't have the exact numbers with me).

As for sag numbers GMD recommendeds 38-42 mm rider sag front and 7-10 mm free sag rear.

Assuming you don't have a stiction problem, you could always cut the spacers down some to get the sag you're looking for. Maybe you didn't cut them down enough in the first place?

And it looks like I'm not the only person who thinks you should have gone with softer springs, eh?

Re: Just had RaceTech .95\'s & stuff installed...And

According to the race tech chart for my weight I needed a .938 weight spring... which is closer to .95 than .90...

It's not overly stiff...Holding the brake and pushing on it to simulate a reasonable bump or hard stop my zip tie shows that I used 3/4 of the allowed travel...

I'm going to call the shop tomorrow cause they are closed today...
