Lot's of posts about Jason making the sale but not many about Jason's after the sale support

I ran in to an issue with a product and emailed Jason, the guy had the issue resolved and a replacement to me before I sent then original product back.

He even included a RMA number and instructions for sending it back.

Can't say enough about the guy, he is all about taking care of his customers.

Yes he sent me stickers.

Jason needs to show some more enthusiasm on the phone. You sound like you just had your balls smashed in with a sledge hammer. He's kinda a dead fish on the phone, but phenomenal after the sale for sure! I have had many great experiences with Jason, and appreciate his extensive knowledge of their products.

Typical Jason... So annoying that he's there after the sale... Had a similar experience. Bought a suit... Didn't fit, sent it back and he sent the next size bigger of an ever better suit. Guy weaseled another G out of my bank account for it but well worth it. But again, no stickers :shifty but man that guy knows his shit about gear!

Great guy! One day ill make it half way across the continent to get my damn stickers :lol
