looking for a yoshimura mid pipe for the race header. I thought i could mount my danmoto to the header by adding a reducer due to different OD’s but i noticed the race header comes out much further than the oem and will not work. I already contacted Yosh they have something close to it and it’s titanium. I dont want to spend $500 on a mid pipe rather take shot trying to buy one used.

Which race header? The Japanese full systems are different than the US full systems. I can only suggest that you get the stainless midpipe and have it modified. The US full system used the 1116-419 mid-pipe. It might be shorter than the 1116-435 used on slip-on systems but I don't know. I gather that both stainless parts cost around $200 new.

i have the US header, i noticed that the slip on style yoshi has the mounting bracket on it and you look at my header it has the mount on it so it shouldn’t have one on the midpipe if im correct. The 1116-435 has a much longer midpipe due to it mounting to a oem header if im correct.

It seems to me that the DanMoto muffler is forcing you to do special things. Be prepared to pay if you're hell bent on staying with it. I'd think that the 1116-419 midpipe is the starting point.

Yeah im going to look for that midpipe its a full system on ebay im going to message the seller see if he’ll sell separate but this id my temporary setup so i can ride lol looks like shit but it works
