The bike is a
2008 GSXR 600
Riding style is mostly calm, daily commuting, and rev-matched shift changes. no clutch ups or drag racing.
I did reduce the gearing, -1 front +5 rear. Perhaps that is a factor.
Oil changes with Valvoline synthetic motorcycle oil every 4-5k miles.

The issue I'm having is clutch slip at high rpms (10,000 rpms +), exclusively on highway pulls. I've had it for 2 years. This is the only bike I've ridden, so I don't have any other experience to compare it to. I don't experience the issue at all on a day to day basis, so its not an urgent issue.

I believe it is the original clutch, as the past owners didn't ride it much (7,500 miles when I bought it.)
Its currently at 23,000 miles, which seems like a rather short lived clutch.

check adjustment first off, find a manual go over it, check cables they can get tight..

once adjusted properly and still slips check fibres and steels in clutch, springs as well, maybe just order a new clutch pack?

had em go over 50k miles easy but one never knows, riding style, if maladjusted and you rode it you may have worn fibers or steels prematurely.. or cables are just tight? do you have the 1/8" slack at thelever, it flops about 1/8th" in its perch?

service manual for adjustment so forth

-1 front and +5 rear that's low gearing. First gear would be walking pace.
Are you sure it is slipping ? You will notice clutch slip in 4th/5th gear and as revs reach 9-10k, the revs will go up but the bike is not going faster. Search "slipping clutch". Your gearing is so low this test will be in 6th gear.
Search "slipping clutch"
