My question is where ideally would I set the rear wheel's axel compared to the marks on the swing arm when installing the new chain? I was thinking to get max life with adjustability there might be a good mark to target. I know I should have 114 links and the chain I have has 120 links.

Thanks in Advance with any help you can give me.

I got it figured out, might help the next person. with the stock gearing the chain should be 114 links long. as per google research, a link is considered an outer link and inner link. So count outer links in 2s. A chain always needs to be an even number of links. on the k7 swingarm, there is an engraved longer mark kind of in the middle. When the chain is the right length the tensioning block aligns with that mark.
