Hi all
I am in need of some help please. I am posting on behalf of a friend who owns a 2003 gsxr 600.
he had a data tool alarm fitted which would not stop going off and was draining the battery so we removed it.
now I’m a good tec when it come to cars but I’ve hit a brick wall.
I have traced the wiring back and cut and rejoined where the alarm was tapped in.
However i am left with 5 wires that go to nothing.
The bike will now not start due to no fuel pump so this makes me think the wires are to go to a fuel pump relay thing is it looks like this had been cut out. If I were to add some photos could anyone try and tell me where the wires are to go?
Thanks

I have down loaded the manual 2001 -2003 but I can not find much tbh. I have another 600 but a k1 and the wiring is different. It has a big 8 pin relay where the k3 hasn’t. And the loom is different as well.

I'm taking this from the K3/K4 1000 manual. It ought to be close but no guarantee. The R/Bl should always be hot (battery voltage) and the B/W lead is a ground. Of the others, one (A) will become hot when the ignition switch is turned on. Another (B) will become hot when the ignition and engine stop switches are both on. The third (C) should run to the ECM and, hopefully, a four or six pin dealer mode connector that is under the seat and unconnected. Connect B and C. With regard to your colors, I'm guessing that they're the Y/B and Y/G leads but you'll have to do some checking. The other three are intended for connection to an auxiliary alarm and are unconnected.

There once was a single pin and a four pin connector with jumper at the end of those leads. But some ying-yang has been in there mucking around.

I am... 90% confident this is for the 2003 gsxr 600’s. Suzuki made a few different variations even though they are all the 2001-2003 body style.

I highlighted the wires by color as best as I could figure with the location of the wires and the symptoms you described. The black and white is going to be pretty universal for the ground, so you may just have to hunt for another cut black/white wire by itself... I did circle and “gray highlight” where possible black/white destinations could be in this case.

For the rest, just follow the color of the wire and see which end of the wire are you looking at, where along the line is it missing.

Hopefully this helps. Let me know if the wiring chart is impossible to follow haha
