So, IAP vs TPS, To achieve the best of both worlds for economy at low speed/TPS and full power at say above 50 TPS, would you basically leave the IAP maps at stock target AFR, and then only change TPS to 13.0 from the TPS:50 and up cells? Or is that not how it works?

This is essentially how I have mine setup right now. IAP Target AFR is stock and the TPS goes like this:
