I need help!

I have a 1988 gsxf 600 and I have installed bigger jets now after installing the jets and tuning the carbs it idles great but now bogs down pretty bad at full throttle from a cruising speed no matter if it’s cold or hot and breaks up from 5-8k doesn’t seem to get better as the bike warms up either
Edit: bike also hangs up about 2k rpm when revving from idle but goes back down in 5 seconds
