So the material looks Copperas or bronzish and then there is a tik coming from the exhaust but the tik doesn't accelerate or decelerate at any rpm the bike has 40k miles on it

Possibly bearings.
The tick could be valves needing adjusting. Could be the oil your using too. My bike is pretty picky about oils but seems happiest on rotella.

I just hope my motors not shot how much do you think fixing it might would run?

How long is a piece of strong? Who knows. I would just monitor is for now. Do an oil and filter change and make sure you have a magnetic drain plug that isn't caked up with debris then check it a couple thousand miles.
What oil are you using now and how often are you changing it?
