but i'm getting results for STPS 1.6k ohms when closed

my friend who has the same year 750 ran off his readings and this is what he got.

Upper closed: 1.48
Upper open: 5.14

Lower closed: 2.02
Lower open: 5.22

he got those with the sensors still on the TB which was still on the motor. he took the motor out of his bike so it was easy for him to get a reading haha.

Finally I found a man, who could tell me the real value of the STP sensor, when the secondaries are fully closed. I repaired my bike a whole day, and only in the 5th Suzuki service I found somebody, who could and wanted to help me.
In opposite of the service manual, you should meaure the voltage, not the resistance. And the voltage value should be 0.6V (if I remember good, there's a tolerance: 0.57-0.63???). They missed the unit, not the value. Of course you shouldn't disconnect the STP sensor coupler, only tht STVA coupler.
This 0.6V seems to me good, because it fits to the default factory value. And so the TP sensor's 1.1kOhm is 1.1V in natural position, which is true, you can find this value (1.125V) under the "Fast Idle Adjustment" part. And this is the value what I set with this "Dealer mode".

well my TPS wasnt the issue on my bike...i had the damn first and second ignition wires mixed up...yes im a retard. i can build an entire bike and i mix that up, how sad.

i think the manual also misprint for the reading of the TPS . But if TPS is set to spec. the display panel will show _C00 .That the confuse part.

Where did that info come from??
