So valve on the passenger side of intake cam was tight like .0015 didn't fit so took out the 1. 63 shim did the math to match the .006 that the rest of the intake was and I still am to tight I did the math on measured clearance of .0010 still too tight for the 0015 maybe go down to like a 135 (I put a 1.50 in) or is the valve burnt at 15k milage 2003 600 r can't be burnt can it ? If it is fml but what yall think hit me with any questions please begging for help

If I understand right, you couldn't get a 0015 gauge in, so you assumed the gap was 0010? Don't you have a thinner gauge?

Anyway, there's no problem needing a 135 shim, Suzuki supply down to 120 it is quite a big jump from the 163, but I'd just put it in there and carry on, see what its like at 25k miles.

Do a compession or leak down test if you're still unsure maybe.
