Three things:
1) I'm digging the XN85 turbo placement. Even in the 80s, that was unique.
2) Punctuation is your friend. A mountain of unformatted text is a pain to read
3) Did I read correctly, that you're running 15 lbs of boost on stock internals?

Yes it was perhaps a ticking time bomb but I am a big believer in living and learning and doing it yourself because you can read anything on the Internet I was throwing a ton of fuel at it maybe 230 to 250 main jet an I believe 40 pilot jet timing pulled as well an the cylinder spacer to drop compression which helps a lot this engine lasted 2000 miles of brutal tapping off the box ringing its brains out every other stop sign I didn’t have no issues with temperature I also added I believe a 6 x 6“ electric fan to the oil cooler and as well some nights I really had that spring turned up 😂😂🤘🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️

That first picture of the bike launching looks a little 'vintage'. Given your reported age and apparent enthusiasm, I'm surprised I have to ask but can you post a video of the bike running / being ridden, the way she sits today?

I also have an 80s turbo bike but I've only posted video of it starting and idling to warm-up.
