Ok so im new to this forum. I need some help. Ok so i live in arizona. I have been wanting to build a bike. I see ebay has gsxr frames for About $300. The catch, no title. When i finish the bike i want it to be street legal. Is there anyway to get a title from it. And what about the motor since they wont be matching numbers. Any help would be much appreciated.
