Help I’m having a fuel starvation issue. 08gsx650f no FI light but it does say “chec”. As soon as the bike is started will rev up to about 10k but after 10 seconds will rev up to 5k max. In gear I’m lucky to get it to 3.5k rpms and 45mph. I’ve checked air filter fuel filter changed plugs and oil and put seafoam in the gas tank to try and help unclog injectors if they are clogged but nothing has helped. Fuel line isn’t pinched anywhere anyone have any ideas

CHEC means that the cluster isn't receiving data from the ECM. It comes on when the ignition is off but should go away when turned on. Check the B/G (probably) lead from the ECM to the cluster. Beyond that, test the fuel pump flow rate using the procedure in the service manual. You may have a clogged main filter.

That's not right and the forum won't let me correct it. It should read:
"It comes on when the cluster has power but the ECM does not, i.e. when the ignition is on but the kill switch is off. It should go away when the kill switch is turned on."
