As far as I know no one else makes a quick shifter for the 18+ GSX S750, healtech seems to be the only option.

Are they any good? The sensor looks really weird, seems they are the only ones using that type of sensor and that makes me wary of the product.

Pricier; what makes it better? The review I've found about the Healtech does seem to suggest it requires a lot of fiddling to get it working right.

Just installed a Healtech unit.(GSXR 750) I've had 2 Translogic setups(2 bikes), 2 different Annitori units(3 bikes), 3 different H&M units that I had multiple wire harnesses for (5 bikes) and one Bazzaz. The H&M use to be my favorite. I like the Healtech better than all of them.(smoothest) Simple install and large amount of adjustability. Once you get it right, you literally have seamless shifts.

I can only confirm that, although it requires several attempts and settings, but then it runs like clockwork.
