Ive got an 07 600, stock except its dropped 2 inches (im short as hell) Im trying to clutch it up in 2nd with no luck. Ive read all the stickies, etc...Do I have to dump it at a higher rpm than a stock bike would have to?
Some will say yes, but I don't think it matters much. If you slip the clutch right it won't matter. You gotta get balzier ... but don't get hurt. Thats the problem with learning to wheelie. Give it throttle while ya slip the clutch. I would just ride more and it will come to ya. Don't focus!
Two inches is a bit much so watch those landings is the thing to worry about I'd say. Now if you lowered it to the point you can get both feet on the ground so you can feel good, raise it back up. If you can scoot your but off a bit and get one foot on the ground, I'd do that. Raise it to that point.
Did you lower the front and the back with an adjustable dog bone?
