Will the 1000 calipers fit on a 98 750?
I need to replace my master cylinder, and I can't find any on ebay, except for a complete set for a 1000. Supposedly the calipers are lighter too, so I figure it would be a good replacement if it fits.

I think they fit... but you could always take the master and sell the rest..

I thought the MC was a different bore?

Do you have a hookup? My biggest concern is trying to get everything I need in time for the August Trackdaz weekend. I know that I'm going to end up needing one little thing that I can't get in time and it will prevent me from going.

Can I scavange any parts off cliff's old bike?

Ok here is the deal.. I am going to try his 4 pots from the 600, if I like them I am going to trade a guy for a different set of 4pots and there is a good chance that I will have cliff put them on his 750. Then that will give a extra set of 6 pots. If he is willing to do it I should have my the end of next week. Make an offer for the 6pots, and if he doesnt want the 4 pots on his 750 make me an offer for them if you want them..

OIC... Well I have a master, but the spring in it is going bad.. so it doesnt work very well..

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Could we rebuild it with parts from my master? Or vice versa? The plastic parts that go to the resivoir go broken off of mine, and i know those could be replaced, but the whole thing got drug through the dirt too, so I figured I should probably just replace it. What do you think?
