Depending on your model (you don't mention it, as far as I can see), there may also be a fan relay which might have failed.

There is a cooling fan relay then, mounted on the front left side of the airbox (see page 9-6 of the service manual). I believe it's the same part as the fuel pump relay on the other side of the airbox, so a quick test to see whether it has failed, would be to just swap them. If the pump stops working, the relay has probably failed.
