Got the bike running after 12 years sat but then it sat for six weeks and now cylinder one won’t fire

Bummer.

Where would I start without taking everything off the bike again?

I was thinking of running carb cleaner into the fuel hose then draining it in situe

not sure its related, but i had the exact same thing with a bike I'm restoring that had been sat for a couple of years. turned out to be the #1 #4 coil.

got one off ebay, and the bike and all four (4) cylinders fired right up.
