That's awesome. I saw your previous post re: your German score on Ebay. Good job finding that, man.

My bike has an Ohlins mod too: there's an Ohlins sticker on the gas tank, though the shock is stock. Last owner did it and I never bothered to take it off (don't want to know what's underneath).

How did the install go? Working okay? Performance details?

It was €436 or $400 £250. Still the difference it makes, it is well worth it at any price. Used bike bits are cheaper here because people don't like spending on bikes as for most it is only a game for sunny Sundays. Good luck, look for some professional suspension place and they would set it up for you. It involves all kinds of measurements etc. Better still get Ohlins fork springs, they would cost about $100 plus labour (labour would be a lot more) buy them from a specialist shop and tell them to setup both the shock and the forks. Good luck (again)

Thanks Raz. Do you know if there is any difference between the vertical and the horizontal reservoir?? The one I just won is the horizontal like yours.

I think the horizontal reservoir is the latest model and it fits newer GSXRs, I could be wrong but the one that I've got fits my bike perfectly well. It should replace the original shock on your bike as well. Don't worry if you haven't got the "special linking bracket" with yours, I didn't get any with mine. OEM Suzuki top bracket works fine. Ohlins part costs more than £200
(that's about $290)
