Hi does anyone know of a good bike locksmith in the waikato region in Nz or just in Nz capable of re programming a 2017 GSXS 750 key
I appreciate any advice

Oem key can only be programmed by Suzuki, I believe.

I have the 1Liter gsx, it has a security system in key that's matched to the ecu , so yes I believe only fix is change both off a donor or a genuine Suzuki replacement.

I was suggested a real good servicing, I can share as it's the fastest I've ever ordered(I had so many "emergency" situations, having lived in Seattle). It was really weird case, I was rushing to my father's Birthday, my family had just moved to USA, it was kinda tough time for us. So, this celebration was supposed to let us feel relieved and finally together. My motorcycle got stuck. It was awful and i was as confused as you can't even imagine. One of the pedestrians suggested I order servicing from a locksmith near me as they are believed to be the fastest and working on any time of the day and year. This guy indeed arrived quickly and did his job perfectly!

I doubt that , he would need access to suzuki motor corps security coding
