I changed my oil recently, however this time around the damned oil pressure light goes on after like a 20 min ride. I put too much in the begininng, and then removed some. But now the oil sits between the two lines upright, and still the oil pressure light is comes on. maybe theres too little now? anyone have this issue?

My oil pressure light will not come on even when my oil level is at the "L" mark. Im assuming the light comes on when your riding [engine running].

Im guessing it's the oil pressure switch or the wire connecting from the switch to the instrument cluster which could be the problem.

The switch is located at the RHS of the crankcase, it's screwed into the crankcase, and there's a wire attached to it. Trace the wire and see if's connected probably and not earthed somewhere.

If all's fine, then it may be a faulty switch.

Good luck.
