Hello i have GSXR 1000 L2. leaking from my front left side fork. In manual there is written SS-05 oil or equivalent. But can not find out which oil i have to use . In my country there is Motul oil. If anyone know which is equivalent Motul oil for my forks ? .

Now what about seals ? Can not find seal size and numbers on manual. Please if anyone knows give me information about forks

I just redid the seals/rebuilt the forks on my K5.
All my research lead me to 5W fork oil.
Yes the brands are a bit different- I just went with 5 W in mine.

Bill, I"m glad you and others can read that chart, I didn't look long- off to work soon, etc.

Unfortunatly in my country there is only 3 shop for motorcycle . And all of them have only 5w and 10w fork oils . 5W have 22 viscosity if i will use this oil for my motorcycle it will make some problems ? I mean it will damage forks or motorcycle turns will not be soo good or somthing ?

There is no issue using a slightly heavier weight oil. There could be less front in dive when braking. It really comes down to how much you weigh and how your forks are setup for you.

Ah thank youvery much for information , so i will use 5w with 22 viscos . But one more question in manual there is how to set up forks on OEM condition. And can i use this manual setup again ? Or with this new oil this setup will not be same and it will be bad to setup like manual ?
