I know of pulling out dents with rivets and slide hammers but the jig that you use to pull the rivet is new to me. Who makes it? In hunting around, I see that there are pullers like this that glue onto the dent instead of a rivet. Have you ever tried them? They claim to not damage the paint. Reeks of coming from China. I'd think that they're more likely to work on an aluminum tank.

The glue pullers actually work pretty good. I can’t remember the name of the puller I have but I’ll check it to see if there’s a name. Biggest thing with the glue puller is to get the right glue a lot of it for sale is junk.I always try to do it paintless first if it’s original nice paint. I didn’t even attempt it on that one since it’s a complete repaint anyway
