Diddo on Home Depot! under $5... I made my own, and it turned out great.
Get yourself some aluminum stock, cut it to size you want, bend it to whatever angle you want to display your plate, drill some holes and bolt it up with the hardware from the old 'mudflap'. Wallah, there's your hard to find eliminator. You can even paint it if you want to. Good luck:cheers
Just get some 1 1/2" corner brackets from home depot, You only need 2 and they cost $1.89 for 5. Paint the brackets black, drill new holes on the license plate and your done. No cutting of the stock mudflap or anything like that. It looks good too.
