How hard will it be to convert fairings kits from 90 gsxr 1100 to 00 gsxr 1000?

Seriously? Because the fairings look nothing alike and are nothing alike...you will have to fabricate mounts to fit everything.

Correct... The GSX-R1000 was introduced in 2001.

And without serious fiberglass skills, there is no way you are getting those fairings to even come close to fitting.
