Anyone use it, I wrapped mine this morning. Pain in the ass on the SV. But done.

I got mine off ebay, my boots would touch the pipe and burn my boot. 1 inch I found is easiet to work with.

Did you do the whole exhaust or just the midpipe? The stuff I had was 2 inch

You can buy it at autozone and most automotive stores!!!

Its messy so you should wear some clothing that keeps it off of you since its has fiberglass in it(itchy).

I wrapped the pipes on the SV from the header back to the midpipe to keep some of the heat out of the engine compartment, and also because the shock sits right next to the rear cylinder header to reduce the heat from the header so I don't heat up my shock.

Good stuff and a pain in the rear to put on!!!

I also did from the cyllinder back. I started doing a few select spots where the pipe touches the fairing...Then I said f#@$ it, and did the whole thing.
