Hello, I’ve recently purchase an 08 gsxr 600 and was running fine but had to replace a few things on engine requiring me to u plug certain things from wiring harness, i’ve put it back together and the bike won’t rev passed 10k rpm in neutral or in gear. When riding and trying to go passed 10k rpm it feels as if it’s a red line. I do have an FI code reading C29 and i was curious if adjusting the STP sensor would help with my problem.

Ruling out:
Ignition Coils
Spark plugs
Fuel starvation

maybe mark where it is, remove clean and lube? then test it of course.. all of it, the STVA as well and primary TPS..

Check your connections. Did you have the sensor off? If so, it may be incorrectly installed. Don't claim to know but off-hand I'm suspicious of lubing it.

Yeah, need more detail on what exactly you did. C29 is the secondary throttle position sensor. It being out of adjustment will usually cause a C28.
