So my wife has an '03 Busa. when we bought the bike it came with HIDs installed on them and worked perfectly, hi and lo beams. Now I have noticed only the hi beam works and it doenst matter if the switch is on hi or lo it stays on hi. could this issue be causing a rectifier and/or stator to burn out? thanx in advance

hey man, do yourself a favor and remove the nose and remove everything that's HID, toss it, get your headlight loom back to stock, if they butchered it find a new one and install that

cyclopsadventure whatever for the LED specific for the Busa, hope that's OK to say if not delete it you can find LED kits everywhere but they are tricky with fans and so forth, the busa has a spacer on the H7 or a thicket base plate, car ones don't so it MUST be Busa specific kit, try to get the CREE XHP50 emitters, at least two on each stick, oh boy my high beam is UNREAL.. and its so bright now there is no way cars can miss the lo beam, real white so its cuts through the sun and glare.. perfect for a bike, lights up reflector signs miles away, no jokes man its crazy..... unreal how bright they are and how far they light up, its basically upgrading it to modern lighting, I did ALL my lights man..

I got a set of those $24 mirror signals and a set of those 8 hole LED front signals and MAN what a difference, up front with the lighting, it unreal with the LED headlights

for the rear I have a stock under tail so I picked up a set of BMW RR 1000 rear signals, WOW

then for the tail brake I got an integrated CLEAR LED I have two signals in back each side and two signals in front each side, even the mirror has and arrow that lights so nice, its just modernized and saving energy.. those PIAAs I was running really sucked the juice, LED's run cool, mo betta for wiring and so forth, more stable

I recommend every swap all lights to LED, don't have to do the clocks they are already LED but the rest, oh yea, I believe only thing left that's filament is the plate bulb and that's going to be swapped for LED?

but my brake light is unreal people say it blinds them to look at it... WHAT I WANT

Where did you get your LED bulbs?
