ECU Problems?

Low voltage going to injectors causing them not activate

I have a little over 9 Volts metered directly on my fuel injector harness (fuel injectors not connected).
If I keep my positive lead connected to the harness and meter directly to the ground on the frame I get 12 + volts.
If I keep my positive lead connected to the harness and meter to the negative on the battery I get 12+ volts.
If I keep my positive lead connected to the harness and back probe the ECU ground I get 12+ volts.
If I keep my positive lead connected to the harnes and back probe the negative output on the ECU that leads to my injector that I'm working on I get 9 volts.
There's no resistance on any of the ground wires that I just mentioned.
This problem is happening on all the injectors causing them not to activate during startup.
My battery is good.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Exactly. I just ran the test again to double check myself and they all fired a nice even spray.
I was going to say to do a flow test on the pump, but if you're getting a good spray then must be working.

OK. Perhaps Unplug the ECU and check the pins for corrosion/ damage. Unplug/Replug
couple times carefully with the ignition off.

(NB. When trying to start the bike, all injectors need to be plugged in. I have read, it will
go into fail safe mode and not start, if 2 or more injectors are unplugged).
I have it on stands. I put my kickstand down fired right up. Hahaha thanks for your help guys!
You mean you put kickstand up?
So it's running now?
Interesting.
It is running now. After talking with you and TheGeek it seemed like all the technical aspects had been covered. I decided to start back at the beginning with the sensors. I removed the TO sensor and caused the code to be displayed. Reinstalled it and it cleared. Went to the kickstand that was in the up position (closest to the frame not the floor) kicked it down and it started right away.
I did look at the kickstand sensor at the very beginning of this mess and metered it. I dont recall if it is a NO or NC switch. Either way my meter displayed .5k resistance when open/close and infinity in the opposite position. I figured the resistance was from an electrical board in the switch/sensor.
OK. But how will you ride with the stand down?

I'm gonna have to say that more likely it was the TO sensor.

Or perhaps there was still air in the fuel lines and after purging, fuel finally reached the injectors?

Anyway, glad it's running. Keep us posted.
ECU Problem . The ECU Knows the side stand is down and the bike is in gear and wont let you start engine.
Operator Problem. 😅 (y)
Thanks for good diagnostics lesson.

@craigfer63 Definitely didn't plan on a diagnostic lesson! :) I learned a lot.

@peter079 The kickstand can be up or down now and the bike starts without an issue. I was going to start to put everything back together but it looks like my wife is going to give birth tomorrow morning so I should probably leave the bike alone for a couple days:D

Yeah, No problem bro, thanks for keeping us posted. And Congrats.... (y)
If you can see the primary (lower) injectors spray when you apply 12V directly, but not when cranking, AND you've tested the ECM by watching the ground signal, then there shouldn't be any problem. To me, all that means your testing was flawed.
I have an 05 gsxr 600 and I’m looking to buy a fi tuner from healtech, they say there is a 8 pole expansion port under the seat, I found it but mine is a 6 pole. Could my bike have a newer wiring harness on it? I read that 2010 and up have the same 6 pole. HELP PLEASE

It looks like healtech has 2 options for this module. The first manual says to connect to the 8 port. The second manual appears to be for newer bikes and says connect to the 6 port. My 2006 GSXR 750 has a 6 port.
If you can't find any information on this site about your particular situation, I would reach out to healtech's customer service directly and see what they say before purchasing one and trying to install it.
