I've had some 2.2 Ohm Dyna's on my stock 1127 ignition. Can this cause any problems?
It seemed the engine runs hotter when I use the Dyna's!?

Any suggestions would be helpfull because I want to use the Dyna's.

Call Dyna, they should be able to help. If you are using a stock system then you should be using 3 ohm coils. The 1100 should be the same as the 750.

What kind of performance enhancements can one expect when stock coils are replaced with dyna coils?

I think I'd like to replace my coils and I was curious............

Should be 3.0ohm for stock. The 2.2 are for the Dyna 2000 but if they work it should be ok. Aftermarket coils provide a hotter spark and a faster rising rate.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">You won't see any performance gain unless you have engine mods that require more igntion energy. Such as raising the compression ratio or using a radical cam. Otheriwse there is enough energy in the stock setup.
