So I orderd almost a full braking system from them about two weeks ago. They said they are waiting on custom brake lines so they can't ship any of that stuff out. I told them fine I don't want the brake lines, cancel the brake lines and ship rest of the stuff in and give me store credit for the amount the brake lines are worth. I get no reply from them. After a week of waiting I try to call them. Nothing. looks like the number is canceld.

What sucks is that my bike is my only transportation and I really need the brakes. I ride my bike 40miles everyday for work. But now I am out of options cuz I got charged for the parts and I have nothing to show for and my bike still needs brakes.

I'll wait to hear Corey's reply...always 2 sides to the story.

But why blast them on the forum instead of speaking directly with Corey/Erin?

Find it hard to believe as they have pretty good customer service. Being that I sell motorcycle parts on the side, at times I find customers request and expectations sometimes unreasonable and not realistic.

Still would like to hear the vendors side of the story.

I don't know anything about your order, but as far as their number being cancelled, that's bullshit! I just got off the phone with one of their people 5 minutes ago. I dialed it, they answered, I talked to them. It wasn't very hard. :fact As far as not buying from them, they are a great vendor.

Funny. I call them and they always answer. That is unless it's past their working hours. But then again i have had representatives from MM contact me here after working hours.

Not saying your full of shit OP..... but something stinks. Wonder what Corey has to say?

Our phone works just fine, 512-255-0101 - it's been ringing all day, even.

Double check spelling in the email address because we have not gotten any that sounds like what you describe. You can also use the Contact Form on our website.

In addition you could have contacted us via PM on here or through our Facebook page - in short, there are plenty of ways to get in touch with us before making a thread like this.

Well, I'm convinced. Never again MM. Anyone want this worthless $200 gift card I have? No use even trying to use it with customer service like that.

I found your order and we did reply to you. Erin responded telling you in fact that we can split ship your items (all but the lines) and we haven't heard back from you.

Feel free to reply to Erin's email or send us another email if you didn't get it, but she did respond offering to split ship your order on the 16th. In fact, all of your order but one item is ready to ship, but you didn't give us the okay to split ship it.

I'm not really sure why you would wait a week without emailing us and then bash us on a forum? You could have pm'd or emailed us at any time during that week.

Shoot me or an email on how you would like us to proceed. Thx.
