I have a dead spot right off idle and if I'm not careful, it will stall when letting the clutch out.
About 1200 - 1500 rpm's it falls on its face for a split second????
I just got this bike and I know it's got a full Yosh system and has been rejetted and has also had a port and polish and 3 angle valve job.

Is this common or a problem with tuning?

Sounds like the pilot screw is not adjusted correctly...

I forgot to mention that this only happens when the bike is fully warmed up.

Is there a "perfect" setting for the pilot screw?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Not really... If it doesnt do it when cold and does do it when hot... Try to turn it out a bit... i would start with a 1/2 turn and see what that does for you...
Do you have the book to the bike? I think there is a section in it that tells you how to tune the carbs...

you mean the mixture screw or pilot jet? You just replace those with larger ones or smaller

Well I am not very good with carbs so you have to bare with me...

It is the screw that you turn to adjust the air/fuel mixture...
