They look good, but I wouldnt put metal frame sliders they snag on stuff and cause jolts. Most of the wrecks ive seen with them either messed up the engine mount, frame mount, or just have sheered stuff off. The make plastic cause its made to give

But props on the work did you turn them on a lathe yourself? They look good!

yeah, i agree, they look really sweet, and props to ya, but i defintaely wouldn't have them on my bike. metal doesn't work very well in an accident, and it could catch much easier and the bike could end up flipping and cause a lot more damage. delrin is the way to go, its the most durable and slides the best. but again, props on your work

They look really cool! But in a crash they would cause more damage.

I'd stick with Delrin or Teflon.
