You'll have a ball with this combination... the B12 is only about 9.5:1 CR stock, but installing the small-chamber 750 head pushes the CR up a point and a half... I ran my B12 as a stock-bore 11:1 for a while and had a lot of fun with it.
Did you get Dale's complete exhaust system as part of the deal, or just the slip-on? ...either way you'll be a happy guy; I have a lot of Dale's shit on my bike and am very satisfied with all of it.
What are you gonna run for camshafts?
